Due to the Hidalgo Pirate football team heading to the first round of playoffs, there will be early release for all Hidalgo ISD schools on Thursday, November 14, 2024!

Hidalgo ISD is now accepting referrals for students who may qualify for Gifted/Talented Services for the upcoming school year.
Nominations will be from October 15 to November 15, 2024.

Hidalgo ISD is excited and preparing to implement Dual Language Education at Ida Diaz Jr. High for incoming 6th graders in the 2025-2026 Academic School year!
