Hidalgo ISD employees receive holiday stipend!
Happy Holidays from Hidalgo ISD!
In the spirit of the holiday season, all active, full-time HISD employees will receive a $500 stipend in recognition of their hard work and dedication. In addition, a $250 stipend will be issued to all full time employees who maintained perfect attendance for their commitment and consistency.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the HISD Board of Trustees, and Dr. Fernando Castillo, Interim Superintendent for their unwavering support and dedication. A sincere thank you to the dedicated staff of HISD for always putting their best foot forward. We truly appreciate all you do to inspire and support our students every day.

Hidalgo ISD Vaccination Clinic
On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, Hidalgo ISD will be hosting Vaccination Clinics at Ida Diaz Jr. High School and Hidalgo Early College High School for students between the ages of 9-14!
Students will be able to receive mandatory vaccinations with no out of pocket cost!

Gifted and Talented Referral Submissions - Public Notice
Hidalgo ISD is now accepting referrals for students who may qualify for Gifted/Talented Services for the upcoming school year.
